The funniest interview I ever had.
The recruiter was nice and very helpful. Then followed a phone talk which was very strange. I was asked a couple of technical-ish questions, and I realized the interviewer knew less then me, from the way he was talking. But the funniest part, he asked me to write code verbally. Not on a paper or whiteboard, but say code aloud lover the phone, line by line for traversal of a BST. I have never heard about "verbal programming" and I am not sure how it is possible to evaluate any knowledge with that approach (unless you memorize code like a poem).
In the end I was told that I did not pass, which actually made me happy.

Complete waste of time. Had me go through 7 rounds of interviews under the pretense that it would be a fully remote role. Received a verbal offer and they mentioned their "policy had changed" and would now require me to work in-person. Then rescinded the offer for no given reason. Overall, very unprofessional in my opinion, seems like the company culture is probably similar.
My expereince was fine. The interviewer was looking out for me to see the quick solution instead of looking at the approach to the solution. They had their own solution in mind and they were more focused on that.
