I was contacted by Motive and went through six rounds of interviews (with positive feedback throughout) only to be told after the final round with executive management that the role was filled internally. The only feedback provided by Motive was that the pace of day to day operations at my current organization may be different than that of Motive, and so the decision to move internally was made. I've seen several similar reviews on Glassdoor so should have known better. Word to the wise - know that Motive will waste your time in the interview process only to back out in the 11th hour with little to no legitimate justification.
