Applied online through JMU Recruit-a-Duke. Received phone call and had an initial phone interview. That went well. Headed up to Arlington for another interview. Gorgeous building, great location, drab office. Utterly hideous. They sat me in a chair with a broken arm for the interview. They spoke more about themselves then asked questions of me. One of the interviewers, a guy named Mike, actually asked my age during the interview process which is a serious mistake. Then they told me the salary, $30,000. Total joke and waste of my time.

It was Easy and simple and the people interviewing me took their time to get to know me better, It was very laid back. I got asked the typical questions such as "Tell me about yourself, and one or two behavioral questions.

Three stages of interviews- easy. Just know how to talk and know how to be personable and approachable when answering the questions. It's an entry level position so a good first job for those coming out of school.

3 step process. Discovery call to learn more about the opportunity and they ask you questions about your background, experience, and your interest in recruiting. They invite you in to meet with them and you do a bunch of 1-on-1's with managers. They ask you more questions about your background, explain their environment, how they work, train, compensation, all that. Then there is a final round interview where they really grill you on things about motivation, career growth, and alignment with the culture.
