I did more than 4 taks and more than 3 interviews going into the finals and they never contacted me again. I sent an email to the recruiter, to the Head of Marketing and they simply decided not to reply even to give me a negative answer. Disrespectful.

The interview process was very clear. I had to submit two mini task to broadcast my skills in digital marketing. It's nothing to stress about they just want to see your creativity and showcase your knowledge.

Are you familiar with the term SEO and can you explain the principles? Why are keywords important in digital marketing?
I had a video interview which lasted about 1 hour. I was then asked to complete a task which involved writing an email to partner with a brand, as well as an excel spreadsheet exercise. In fact, the interviewer accidentally sent a spreadsheet which had already been completed by a candidate instead of an empty file. This was a bad mistake, especially considering it was effectively a breach of confidentiality where I was able to see another candidate’s name. This error was sorted following me mentioning it.
I submitted this task 1 day before the deadline and was told I would hear back asap the following week. I did not hear anything that week and sent a follow up email asking for an update. Again, I did not hear anything for over a week. I decided to get in touch with the interviewer once more and sent a polite message (this time on Skype) asking if there might be an answer on my application. I still did not get a response, and again was ignored. This silence was frustrating - it would have been good to just have a simple “successful” or “unsuccessful” response.
The application process was therefore an unpleasant experience, which felt unprofessional and rude. I put time into the application during what happened to be a busy exam period, and was upset at the apparent lack of care and respect. The pandemic is already a difficult and demoralising enough time for graduates to be job searching, and this impersonal treatment certainly doesn’t help. I would expect at least the decency to provide a simple answer on the outcome of my application. I am unimpressed and shocked at what had initially seemed like a friendly and exciting company to work for!
