Initial and then callbacks. Great people, great conversations. The more conversational the interview, the better. Seemed like they genuinely care about people and their interests too. About 1.5 weeks between initial and callbacks, and heard back a week later.

I was selected to interview through on campus recruitment after submitting my resume and other paperwork. Interview with partner was fairly standard and guy was nice. Overall, very standard process with no curve balls.

Entretien
They asked the standard interview questions. Why their firm, why you went to law school, what practice area you're interested in. Nothing too obscure or difficult. Be prepared with questions or it will be awkward at the end. Thought it went well but didn't get a callback. I think they care more about your grades than how well you interview.
