An employee reached out to me and invited me to apply for the job. We had an interview scheduled, and then suddenly right before the start time the employee abruptly canceled without a full explanation but mentioned rescheduling. I replied and then I never heard from the employee again. This was completely unprofessional and inconsiderate of the time I spent preparing for the interview.
