Prefacing this by saying I know that this process has changed to be a bit more complex. The entire process from recruiter to offer took maybe 4 days for me. I heard there's a code challenge now but ML has always been easy with their interview process. I interviewed at the start of 2020. 1. Contacted by recruiter off LinkedIn. 2. Contacted by HR. 3. Easy codility challenge (one easy leetcode question and constructing one SQL JOIN query) 4. In-person interview. 15 minute behavioral with COO. 1 hour tech interview with lead dev and 2 other devs. Goes over previous exp and some simple tech trivia. No whiteboarding. 5. Offer received the next day.
