Ghosted by Recruiter after successful phone screen and on-site interview. Recruiter was very energetic, excited, and responsive at first. On-site interview went very well with absolutely no indication of anything negative. It was very laid back, informal. After hearing nothing after 1 week, followed up with Recruiter via email requesting status. Received a brief reply indicating that they would follow up with hiring manager. No response after that. After another week, followed up again with Recruiter. This time via phone. Recruiter answered and immediately responded that he had a meeting to attend, ironically about the job, and would call back. No call back. Nothing further.
