They establish a very comfortable interviewing process. The question are all getting to know you questions and they make the process feel more like a conversation rather than a stressful interview process.
Very straightforward. Started with the Phone interview with the HR, then on site interview with the office manager. Asked about my experience and goal for the future. No tough question at all
