The process was ridiculously long. Between originally applying and getting an answer was a little under 8 months. There were a series of online tests, followed by an interview with two senior managers. The interview wasn't difficult and I felt I did well but did not score highly enough for them to extend an offer due to my answers not being work specific enough.

A 4 stage assessment centre, which included different competency based scenarios, which included; A presentation, Group exercise (with around 6 other candidates), role play scenario, and a value based interview.
