Emailed invitation to interview. On day of interview I was phoned to say interview cancelled due to family emergency???and told they would be in touch again. I found this excuse incredibly unprofessional for a company of their size!!! Have heard nothing in nearly 2 weeks. Noticed new young staff in store. Perhaps if they were honest regarding the age of staff they want, it would save experienced applicants time and energy.
