Second is a presentation, and they challenge you on it until you can't answer.
Third is a commercial case study, which is quite straightforward

2 interview stages. First stage with 2 associates and HR. Was fairly straightforward if you’re well prepared. Second stage had presentation and more questions - again quite straightforward as long as you prepare. Very very friendly people, very nice
