There were three steps in the Interview process. 1st step was just a normal quick screening with an HR representative (about 30 minutes talk). My English was being tested in the second part of the first interview, not a written test but we we were speaking English. Easy to pass this part as it's more like a normal conversation than a formal interview. 2nd step was an on-site interview with the CEO and HR representative. CEO asked me a lot of regular questions like where do I see myself, what are my advantages and generally just trying to get to know me and see the way I think. 3rd part is an online interview with the manager of the team (in my case the manager was from abroad so we did a quick video chat). This part is easy if the manager likes you, just be yourself. If you made it this far, this shouldn't be where you fail. It's a good interview process, maybe a bit lenghty to what I was used to but far from excessive. I do think it's nice to meet all the people and talk with them before they (and you) make a decision.
