I applied on March 24 2023, and after many interviews, I got the rejection email on June 26. Total of 3 months to make up their mind. This is specifically about HR approach. They appear to be professional over video calls, but they will ghost the candidate when follow up questions are sent by email. EXAMPLE: Once that we reached the end of the process, and we discussed the compensation package, I realized HR did not mention the target bonus %. I sent an email to Morningstar HR asking for the details.... never heard back from them again.
