The program is Morningstar Development Program- Quantitative Research Track the whole process took 2.5 months (27th Nov - 17th Feb) Round 1 - Answer 3 pre-recorded questions Round 2 - Interview with a Morningstar Employee Round 3 - A case study with fellow Applicants Round 4 - Super day(4 interviews of 30 mins each) Round 5 - Take away Coding assignment Round 6 - Interview on your submission Round 7 - Final Interview with the Hiring Manager One has to go through this thing only to be told that they can only sponsor 1 person in the entire program per year and I cannot be offered the position because of that
