Interview process consisted of a core finance test and an aptitude test followed by 3 interviews ie technical round , operational round and an Hr round. It was a month and half long process.

Question 1
Corporate finance related questions like spin offs and carve outs. Ratios like profitability and leverage ratios. Questions related to financial statements like what is equity- common stock and preference shares, types of cash flows eg operations, deferred and accrued income and expenses and also questions related to depreciation and impairments. Basic understanding of IFRS and GAAP
Applied online, gave an online test, got called for a technical round of interview with the team lead and manager, interview wasn't too difficult, after that I had an HR behavioural round.
Accounts concepts and equity research realated question , current market trends indexes, isin, financial statements, theri relationship, ratios, waso, dilution waso , eps, diluted eps, situations questions, how you tackle monotonous work, what make you join this company??.
The initial round was a conversation with the HR representative. It was a nice experience. This round was conducted by a subject matter expert from the team. The focus was on domain-specific knowledge relevant to the role.
