First I met with an HR lady and she asked me questions like "why Morningstar?" and "why do you feel you would be a good fit?" She basically just wanted to know that I had a good idea of what I was getting myself into and if I knew anything about what Morningstar did and what the culture was like. Then I had an interview with my current manager and that was a pretty standard "Run me through your resume,etc" interview. We mostly began to just chat about school (since we both went to the same college) which I recommend any one to do. FInd something in common with the interviewer and run with it.
