The worst interview experience I have had in my entire career span of 7 years. I applied through a referral. I got a call the same day from a recruiter who moved my application to "Scheduling interviews". She mentioned that they will update me 2 days in advance about my interview. This happened on 14th July, 2021. I never got a call back. I followed up 2 days later. The recruiter mentioned that they were evaluating my profile again. Heard nothing from the recruiter for next 15 days. All this while, the application status was "Scheduling interviews". Cut to 4th Aug, 2021, I called the recruiter once again. Did not answer my call. 2 mins later, I get an email saying my profile was not shortlisted. Apply for this role in this company if you have to waste your time. 1 month of preparation wasted. Pathetic! In the time of crisis, the organisation will waste your time nonetheless.

Initial HR screening followed by an interview with the director. Follow ups would be with other team members. Did not proceed after the second interview and didn't receive any feedback after the rejection.

The interview round includes HR, then the hiring manager (Head of Project Management Department), and then Program Manager. Each will assess different aspects of my experience and skills relevant to the role.
