After submitting a resume and cover letter, they have you do a Video Questionnaire and then two video interviews on zoom. One with an HR person and another with an analyst. Both were very nice and fun to talk to.

The interview process was very simple and easy. Asked all the standard interview questions. The interviewer was extremely engaging as well.

It was just two interview rounds each with one person and thirty min each. They were conducted over zoom and they only ask behavioral questions only, no technical questions or anything like that
Hice una primera entrevista online con HR. Después hice otra entrevista con el team leader y una entrevista final con dos personas de diferentes equipos. El modelo de entrevista son preguntas STAR (situación, Tarea, Acción y Resultado).
