A phone screening and two in-person interviews. The turnaround from the in-person was pretty quick. The first in-person interview was largely behavioral, much like the phone screening. The second interview was a bit less conventional, and seemed meant to test how you think on your feet.

The phone interview was a quick 10-15 minute process. The person had three questions for me that were easily answerable. The conversation was at a steady pace and there was room for questions at the end.
