Standard interview questions with multiple rounds of interviews. There is a phone screen in some cases followed by a 1 on 1 interview with HR and an Associate. You are invited back for a second round with a more Senior Associate/upper management.

I only did 2 rounds so far. i am currently awaiting results. first round was a phone screening with someone in the role, 2nd round was in person meeting 3 higher ups/employees including the CFO. Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to. The only thing i have to say is that they are not the most communicative outside of the office.
