I was recruited to MSSB by a third party recruiter. I was interviewed by them, by phone, and then recommended to move forward to the MSSB EVP in Indianapolis. I did and passed several on-line exams, prepared and submitted a business plan using the firm's template, and was asked in for an interview. The interview was not difficult. I was to have a preparation meeting by phone with the recruiter, but that did not occur. After the interview, it got rather dissapointing. I was left in limbo for 90 days with no direct contact with MSSB. I had many contacts with the recruiter, but several requests to the EVP went unanswered. Finally, after 90 days I was rejected via a message from the recruiter. I feel it was handled unprofessionally.
