Approx a week after the online aptitude test and a short, informal phone interview there was an AC. The AC consisted of two 45 minutes long interview - technical and personal -, a shorter HR interview, and a Group Discussion.
The interviewers were quite friendly. There weren't any hard-to-answer technical questions.

In the GD, each applicant got a role of a manager responsible for different areas. The task was about allocating a given tight budget within 1 hour.
After 30 minutes we were told that the remaining time was decreased to 10 minutes, and the initial budged was cut by 20%.

There was a Hirevue before, where you are asked to answer in both English and Japanese
Asked about finance (accounting) and statistics (e.g. law of large numbers, bookkeeping basics)
Interviewers were very friendly, very keen to ensure the potential interns had real passion

It took around 30 minutes, they had questions about cv, finance and excel knowledge, was online. Generally easy if you were prepared, fortunately there were no dumb HR questions like "which animal are you"

A lot of behavioral questions, for example: why do you want work as a Finance intern? What can you add to the firm? What are you soft skills and give me a situation that you used.
