J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Morgan Stanley en févr. 2011
Entretien
The first round was on campus interview and was fairly simple. A couple of questions about Java memory management, OOP principles and finally an implementation for fibonacci numbers. Second round was on site in New York, about seven hours in length. It started with an informational panel then two group activity where interviewers are divided into groups to build some small projects. Then there was four rounds of 1:1 interview.
The interview process was a great experience overall. I enjoyed the conversation and felt it was a strong opportunity to connect my background to the work Morgan Stanley does. There was a HireVue than one one one.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself and how you're a good match.
After submitting the application, they provide the online assessment link to all the people, I guess. After taking the assessment, the applicants who are moving on to the next step will have a Zoom interview with HR and a superday (final), respectively.

Question 1
Mostly about fit questions. Not a single technical question was asked.
Well organised, informational, and transparent process. After test there was a hirevue, then a telephone interview and then the superday, all of which was completed in about one month. I appreciated their speed and for not dragging out the process.
