I first had a telephone interview, which lasted no more than 20-30 mins. I then got through to the assessment centre, where I had 2 one on one interviews and also had to complete a group exercise, which was based around budgeting.

Why Morgan Stanley? Why the operations department?
Asking general behavioral questions like self intro, any relevant experience with client, future career plan, etc. It was two round in person interview and nice culture and people. Good experience overall

Was very nice. They show you the building between rounds of interviews. First is a group interview, and then two individual interviews. The people are nice as well, and very friendly.

Simple and straightforward and something you can take with you after. I hdid a lot of prep, and believe it is important to do so even until the morning of. It is also important to know about the firm and be yourself.
