After the initial tests (if you are successful), you will be invited to do an interview. The first interview will either be behavioral or technical. Assuming you are successful, you will be invited to another interview which will cover what the first interview didn't. After this stage you will be invited to a super-day which consists of multiple interviews and typically a group exercise.
