Had an opportunity to teach an actual class and debrief with the students and observers. Also had typical interview sessions to see if there was a personality fit. All staff and leadership were polite and thoughtful

The experience was positive, but the starting salaries are very low for a prestigious school. It is hard work and very high expectations, but the salary offered is more of a volunteer position.
