I applied online through a job board and the next day I got a call from the HR to schedule an initial phone screen. The initial phone screen with the Hiring Manager was just a review of my resume. It was followed by an onsite interview which consisted of a plant tour, followed by an interview with the Hiring manager and the VP of Engineering and a final interview with the HR Director.
