I had an overall positive experience meeting the attorneys at the firm! I had a virtual screener with two partners and then an in-person interview with six attorneys over 1 1/2 hours. However, I was ultimately informed by my recruiter after more than a week that I was not given an offer because I did not send thank-you notes. This was disappointing because I was extremely limited in availability due to the demands of my current job, but the firm could apparently not budge on the timeline of the interview. They were "very interested" in me as a candidate but then ended up rejecting me for what felt like a petty reason.

Screener interview via Zoom with attorneys from different practice groups; lasted approximately 30 minutes. Invitation for a callback interview in the Charlotte office with other attorneys; lasted approximately 2 hours.
