I had one round of interview. Where, the design director asked me to share my portfolio and give a walkthrough of any 1 project of my choice. Then they asked some questions and the same evening I got the offer. But this process looks different for each person, perhaps depends on your work and the way you present to them.

Interview processes are fairly straight forward requiring you to present your work in detail and walking the interviewer in detail with regards to your research process and design evaluation. Make sure that you have selected few best projects showcasing variety that is web design and app design. If you have done any research project make sure you communicate the research methodology you followed.
