Entretien
I received a call, based on my online application for the job. I was asked whether i would ba able to attend the interview in a particular date. The interview consisted of 3 rounds- a written aptitude test (Technical and mathematical aptitude), and a 1 on 1 Technical interview. After clearing both, i was given a date to attend the final round.. the HR interview. After a few days i recieved an email informing me about my selection for the job provided I accepted their offer (including the salary offered). Following my acceptance i received a formal appointment letter.
The people are generally good, the office is a nice place an independent building. Moog India tries to follow the work ethics and culture of MOOG Inc, USA and Moog Baguio Philippines. In terms of work culture Moog USA and Baguio are great, very informal way of working, quiet relaxed and very free. Moog India though, being a new organisation, is yet to reach that level.

First HR interview, then Panel interview with the team. Questions about resume and about you as a person. Asks about your interests and what you are willing/not willing to do.
