As Monzo only interview on Tuesdays I think by the end of the day the people interviewing are fed up. The person that interviewed me was distracted during my interview and I could see they were looking elsewhere. It was a very robotic interview and there wasn’t an opportunity for me to show my personality. Within the the first few minutes I was deflated as I knew this wasn’t the place I wanted to work for. I felt as if I was treated as a number and not a person so that didn’t sell Monzo to me. As expected I wasn’t offered a role but if offered I think I would have had to decline it as the first impressions were really bad.
