Initial interview with department manager, followed by a short interview with HR department about availability and salary expectations, and then a take home project comprising of no more than 4 hours work, followed by a 20 minute presentation via video call.

Structured process, with multiple rounds which is useful to meet the different people you may work with. First round was with HR and involved basic personality questions. The next round was with a senior person in the team.
