The recruiter was unhelpful. This individual did not listen or take notes well. I told this person I was interested in contract to hire roles and every time this person called they said "I know you are hesitant about contract to hire roles but..". bizarre. I was called for jobs WAY below my previous salary and insulting based on my experience. The recruiter's voicemail was full so you could not reach out. Overall, bad experience and do not recommend working with them. Monument staffing does not put you first at all or really target your goals. Poor agency to work with.
