This was for a UK-based senior role, conducted remotely. The interview process was lengthy, including multiple rounds and a substantial take-home architecture exercise. Final interview was cancelled twice, after which the role was postponed due to budget. Despite being told the process would resume in January, follow-up communication did not happen.

Everything ran smoothly, from scheduling to the actual interview. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which put me at ease. The conversation itself was insightful, with thoughtful questions that felt relevant to the role. Definitely a positive experience!
