Interview has no process. CEO/Director will just ask some random/irrelevant/personal questions. They will just find a reasons to select you and build a bridge to get into this company. Certainly not a difficult one as everyone knows about individual's personal traits. CEO will keep on staring at you pretending he has keen observational skills but frankly it is really offending and looks kiddish at times.
