I received an invitation for a phone interview 3 months after the I applied for the position. My on campus interview was 2 months later. The phone interview started 15 minutes late and there was not enough time to fishing it properly. The on campus interview also started late and the committee members were more interested in socializing with themselves than with me as the candidate. The assistant director also arrived very late for the interview which allowed for almost no time to speak with the hiring manager. It felt like no one at this institution had any clue what they were doing or had any respect for the candidate. I would not accept an offer to work at this University due to the lack of professionalism shown to me by it's staff and Directors.
