As I recall- Applied online, received phone call to come in for in person interview. Discussed work abilities and the nature of the job. Proceeded to fill out an abundance of paperwork.
The process took two weeks. I interviewed with the MAT Lead and received an offer a few days later. The one on one interview itself was basic with simple questions. Example: Tell me about yourself, why did you choose Monster Energy, etc.
