Received call from Hr of the company for schedule of the interview and document required by them for initial stage of interview. Director and her partner Conducted the Interview ,starting with Personal introduction. Than they asked the reason to leave previous organisation as well as reason to join export house. Asked the history of previous company, strength of the company and the process for which i was working there.Director had given me a task to complete on computer for skill and IQ test (Puzzle Game). Completed the game in second change, fail to complete in first chance as target is time based and a new one for me. Hr team called to my previous company for authentication of joining letter of previous company. Cross questioning regarding academic qualification.
