At first, Monogram health was great about being timely and quick about the interview process. After my final interview, they ghosted me for a MONTH. I sent a couple emails inquiring about the role and they never responded. After a month, they said that they filled the position already but had another recruiter position available they could consider me for and wanted to extend an offer to me for. The pay was not much considering the workload and the in office requirement, so I asked for a few days to think it over. They said they would call me on a certain day but they never did. Again, I heard nothing from them and they "ghosted" me on a verbal offer they had extended. Finally, after 48 hours, they called me just to inform me that they have decided to go with another candidate. Their behavior towards the end of the interview process and during offers is extremely unprofessional and highly misleading. Don't extend an offer verbally if you're not done interviewing or aren't sure about a candidate and be transparent about it.
