Very fast. Since most of the engineers are newly graduates, nothing very specific with the technicalities of engineering work. Most are only basics that anyone could pass eventually. Exams taken are basic, only IQ tests (abstract, comprehensions, basic math), essay, psychology test.

First, i sent my cv via email and after 2 weeks, I got a text and was invited for an interview. The interviewer is very approachable and friendly. The questions were easy to answer.
