The interview process for the Senior Account Manager role at Media.Monks was comprehensive and insightful. It consisted of 3 stages, providing a thorough evaluation of both my skills and fit for the position.
Initially, I had a screening call with HR, during which I gained valuable insights into the company's global presence and the specific requirements of the role. This call laid the groundwork for subsequent interviews.
In the following stages, I engaged in discussions with key team members, including an AD and other team representatives. These interviews not only assessed my technical competencies but also provided in-depth insights into the company culture and the structure of the team.
However, despite the overall positive experience, there were some challenges in communication and coordination. At what I believed was the final stage of the process, I was surprised to learn about an additional stage. This lack of clarity emphasized the need for better coordination between HR and the interviewing team.
Furthermore, there was a transition in my HR point of contact during the process, which resulted in delayed responses to my inquiries. This was very disappointing and highlighted the importance of consistent communication throughout the interview process.
No tasks where required. Overall, while there were areas for improvement, the interview process provided valuable insights into the Senior Account Manager role at Media.Monks.

El proceso de entrevistas fue súper amigable. Me sentí super cómoda en todo momento, fueron siempre todos super amables conmigo. Destaco positivamente que fueron cortas de duración pero muy efectivas.
