I was in 2 different processes at the same time. Overall I was ghosted and discriminated against, let me share my story: 1) Phone screening with HR - recruiter seemed helpful, he suggested a couple of options for my experience, which he liked. During our call he secured my second interview with the hiring manager as well as sent over my CV to another recruiter for a different position at a different MM location. Meeting with the hiring manager was in person, 6 days after the first screening call. Hiring manager talked in detail about the project, its history and future, as well as the team and the logistics of the position. Then, the recruiter scheduled a video call with 2 team members, 15 days after my meeting with the hiring manager. Recruiter did not provide any information regarding this meeting or the next steps. When I asked I got an autoreply saying he will be back at the office after the meeting he scheduled for me. When I entered the meeting, 2 team members also did not know how to run the meeting. We simply went over my experience and they were not prepared to answer most of my questions regarding the team or the client. I got no feedback after the meeting, no response from the recruiter even after my followup email. Hope the recruiter is alive and well. 2) phone screening with HR #2 for a different position at MM at different location - recruiter has received my CV from the previously mentioned recruiter and decided to give me a call. At the video call he did not use his camera and seemed uninterested. Told me he'll get back to me the next day after talking to the hiring manager. It took my following up a few days later to read an email saying that they loved my experience and THE ONLY reason they will not be moving forward with my application is the fact that I'm not based in the city they were recruiting for. Obviously I mentioned willingness to relocate during our initial talk. Overall it started good but ended horribly.
