J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Monks (Tamarin) en août 2022
Entretien
I was contacted by one of their recruiters. We had a pleasant call and he sent a code test. I submitted the test which was satisfactory. They scheduled a follow up technical interview which went very well. I left the call with the remark by the interviewer that he would definitely be rooting for me and I should be expecting an email with a mini project to work on. I waited 48 hours without any email.
So I reached out to the recruiter to ask for updates. He told me he would mail me feedbacks before the end of the week.
I was surprised when I got an email saying they are not moving forward with my application. I was left bemused. It didn’t add up. How can one go from a perfect interview into “Not moving forward”. At this point I am more interested in constructive criticism about the application than the offer itself.
I don’t have any I’ll feelings about them. You win some and you lose some. But recruitment should be a win-win situation. Organizations should provide the most possible feedbacks to candidate who have put time to go through their process. This applies not just to TheoremOne anyways
