Tuve primero una entrevista con un recluter sobre mi pasado y presente laboral. Charlamos un poco en inglés y después me mandó el challenge. Al día siguiente me contestó que había gustado el proyecto y que me iban a hacer una entrevista técnica. En dicha entrevista charlamos durante una hora sobre la empresa y sobre las habilidades blandas adquiridas en otros trabajos. Muy respetuosos y cálidos, fue ideal.

El challenge fue armar en typescript un rompecabezas deslizante. Las preguntas no fueron técnicas.
You will first get a tecnicial assessment screener link. It's a devskiller quiz with a react debugging question and a handful of JavaScript multiple choices. You won't know how well you did and they reject/accept you for further interview a few days after completion.

A person from Jam3 reached out to me and sent an online test to me. I did the test and I asked for a response on how I did but they never responded. They even mentioned that they will get back to me within a week of doing the test but I still never got a response from them.

Took 3 months, its very slow many times unresponsive and then they may come back with an offer after you forgot you applied to work with them, which is not ideal.
