Interview on an hour consisting of my motivation, beliefs and expectations on the job. It was a nice chat that did not feel very formal. Got a call an hour later that the job was mine :-)

They want to get to know you as a person to make sure you are nice and welcoming to everybody!
Manager was really nice, I handed my CV to the manager in the store and she called me up the next day asking me to go in for an interview. Thinking back it was kind of strange doing the interview in the storeroom but it was quick and she was really nice.

Why do you want to work here, what do you like about this brand, how can you contribute to the team...
I had to do a video interview, where several questions were presented to me, that I was given a certain time to answer. No real requiter was behind the screen.
