it was overall very easy. one phone interview about 30 minutes with HR. then had an in person interview and discussed more in depth questions about previous experiences and therapy techniques

The interview process was with two clinical directors in a panel style interview. The questions ranged from personal questions to case study questions. The interview lasted about 90 minutes including my questions at the end.
