I applied to an ad online and had a phone interview within few days of applying. The phone interview was brief and pleasant and lead to the first of two in person interviews the following week. The first in person interview was one on one and very laid back. Questions were mixed with both technical and personal. The final interview took place the very next day with a group. Again, some technical questions were asked but mainly consisted of personality and leadership questions. They moved very quickly on offering me a position. Couldn't have asked for a better process.
