There are total two round of interviews, the whole process is quite easy, no supporting documents and tests are required. For the first round you will meet with the team manager with some general questions like self introduction and your skillset etc. Then you will meet the Retail manager for the next interview. In general I feel like they didn't care too much about your background, but they care your personality and see if you are on brand.

I felt fully engaged throughout and received relevant feedback throughout the process. I was always kept up to date with the process of my application and the people I spoke to were lovely.
