The whole process was straightforward and fast. For the last round I had to wait 2 weeks (the interviewer was OOO), but it was clearly communicated and if I was in a rush, Mongo would had found out a solution. After the last round the decision made in one day. Everybody was super nice and super professional in all the interview rounds. If I didn't get an offer it would not made a bitter taste in my mouth either; I enjoyed the overall process. These were the interviews I prepared most during my career. I wouldn't say it was very difficult, but the 7 rounds were stressful.
